> Dispute board is a committee comprising one or three members set up at the outset of a contract and remaining in place throughout its duration. This committee follows the contract enforcement on a regular basis. Should a dispute or a disagreement arise, the members’ committee will assist the parties to the contract in resolving it. The immediate intervention of third neutrals knowing the roots and the development of a project ensures a rapid and efficient settlement of the dispute and the continuation of the project.
